Teamwork

Does working with others lead to better results than acting as an individual? Well there are two sides to the story, and different people have different tastes. I will go through the pros and cons to each side.

Pros to working with others.

1. There is less work for each as the load is spread out between two people.

2. It get done faster because there is someone to help pass the time and two people to do the job of one.

3. It makes the job more fun.

Cons to working with others.

1. The other helper might want to do it a different way. When building something there are many different ways to go about it and everyone has their preferred speed and order

2. One might want to be alone. Sometimes people like working alone or don’t trust the other person to do the work they are doing.

3. They start arguing or are annoyed by the other person

Pros to working by your self.

1. When you work by your self you know exactly what got done. you don’t have to go back later to check if they did it correctly.

2. You can do whatever you like while working. you can listen to music you can sing, hum, anything you want. You don’t have to worry about annoying them.

3. Everything gets done when you want it and how you want it. You know where things are and there are less things to keep track of. You also can work as much or a little as you want.

4. There is no payment required.

Cons to working by yourself.

1. You can get lonely. Even if the person is just there to keep you company it can be a lot more fun.

2. It takes longer. It is done when you are finished and no sooner.

3. It is harder. You have to do all of the work by your self and there is no one to lighten the load.

My preference.

Personally I like working with other people. It can be a lot of fun, and there are people to chat with. There are times tho when I wouldn’t mind working by myself. Sometimes if there are other people you can get distracted and lose focus.

So whether you are better working by your self or better with others. It comes all comes down to WORK.
